EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
Shield Anderson has 25 years of experience in the field of electrical design engineering. During those years he has met the challenge of greatly diversified projects with knowledge, imagination and responsibility. He has been the responsible project engineer/designer for various industrial, commercial, educational and governmental projects. Over the past eighteen years, Mr. Anderson has proven to be one of Budlong & Associates most valuable assets.

Mr. Anderson has managed Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical engineering teams for projects including: a new 3-story microbiology laboratory at JPL, the modernization of Sierra Madre Elementary School for the Pasadena Unified School District, the design of electrical facilities for various laboratories at Amgen, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, preparation for bidding and installation of a new telephone system for the thirty-one schools of the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District.

Mr. Anderson is currently providing Project Management for a number of LAUSD’s Local District K Safety and Technology Upgrades.
